Wednesday's Powerball jackpot climbs to $69 million; 1 ticket won the second prize

The MUSL lottery official announced that the Saturday, July 4th, 2020, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a roll-over, creating a $69 million grand prize for the next drawing Wednesday. The lump-sum cash payout will be an estimated $55 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Saturday night, July 4th, 2020 were 16, 21, 27, 60, 61 and Powerball was 06. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for 41 draws since Saturday, February 15th, 2020. A single lucky winner from Michigan walked away with $70.00 million jackpot in Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 drawing.
Even though there was no grand prize winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There was only one ticket that correctly matched all five lotto numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) sold in New Jersey, each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 10 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 3 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! In addition, 211 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 51 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Saturday evening included 541 tickets that matched 3 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $100. 183 additional tickets of this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
With 9 different prize levels, there were 447,090 tickets across U.S. won a total of $0 prizes in the Saturday, July 4th, 2020 drawing.
