There has been another carry over in the jackpot for the multistate Mega Millions - to $511,000,000. The cash option stands at an estimated $$231 million. The grand prize grew since no player hit all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number from Friday night's $489,000,000 drawing. The winning numbers from Friday night, June 26th, 2026 were 05, 13, 30, 33, 52 and the Mega Ball was 06, Megaplier was . No one won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 131 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.One lucky winner from IL won the $344 million grand prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
While the grand prize was not hit Friday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. There were a total of 7 3rd prize winning tickets. These included 7 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
In addition, 200 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $500. Other prizes won included 540 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $200.

Mega Millions game is played in 43 states and D.C. Around 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back towards the players in prizes. Unlike other Mega Millions states, all the 9 prize tiers of California Mega Millions are parimutuel, instead of non-jackpot prize having a set amount. This results in different amounts of prize for equivalent winners sold in California when compared to those sold in other states. For example, the second Mega Millions prizes is a million dollar could pay the winner more than a million dollar due to the pari-mutuel payout system of California lottery. For the same reason, CA state lottery does not offer Megaplier like other Mega Millions participants.
