Powerball jackpot goes to $185,000,000 Wednesday, August 7th, 2024; One second prize ticket sold

The jackpot in America's favorite Powerball lottery game continues to climb exciting players all across the country. Since no one correctly matched all six winning numbers in Wednesday's drawing the jackpot will climb to a projected $185,000,000! The cash option will be a projected $$92.1 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Monday, August 5th, 2024 drawing were 29, 42, 44, 51, 54 with Power Ball 12.
Although the jackpot was not hit Monday evening, some people still walked away with big money. There was a single ticket that matched all 5 lotto numbers and won the second prize. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in IA will collect $1 million cash.
