The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing skyrockets to $565,000,000

Wednesday night's Powerball lottery drawing has yielded no grand prize winner for the $526,000,000 grand prize. With nobody matched all six winning numbers in Powerball , Saturday night's drawing is going to be worth a projected $565,000,000 for a single winner. The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$258.8 million. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, August 13th, 2025 were 04, 11, 40, 44, 50 with Power Ball 04. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for 32 draws since Monday, June 2nd, 2025. A single lucky player from CA walked away with $207,000,000 jackpot in Saturday, May 31st, 2025 drawing.
Although the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 3 lucky tickets correctly matched all 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The three lucky ticket(s) sold in NH(1), OR(1) and TX(1), each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 24 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash! Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 432 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 129 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash! There were 1168 tickets that correctly matched three white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 333 additional players not only matched 3+1, but in addition chose the Power Play option, doulbled the prizes to $200 cash each ticket.
With nine different ways to win, the Wednesday night's drawing created 781,959 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game offered in 44 participating states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. Powerball drawings occur 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 7:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Each play costs $2.
