The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing skyrockets to $535,000,000

The jackpot for Saturday Powerball increased to $535,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$257.6 million) after no one hit all five lotto numbers and the Powerball number Wednesday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday night, December 13th, 2023 were 03, 08, 41, 56, 64 with Power Ball number 18. Nobody won the Powerball grand prize in the past 27 draws since Saturday, October 14th, 2023. A single lucky player from California won the 1,730,000,000 top prize in Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 drawing.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There were four 2nd prize winning tickets from Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, matching all 5 lotto numbers except the Powerball number. The 2 second prize winning ticket(s) sold in New Jersey(1) and New York(1) will collect $1 million cash. The other two second prize winner(s) from Arkansas(1) and Texas(1) also chose Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
Additional major winners Wednesday night included 15 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 6 additional players not just matched 4+1, but in addition purchased the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
