Huge Powerball jackpot up for grabs Saturday night

The MUSL lottery official announced that the Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a rollover, producing a $376,000,000 jackpot for the next drawing Saturday. The cash value will be an estimated $$177.5 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 drawing were 04-27-33-41-42 with Power Ball 14. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 22 draws since Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in Michigan, matched all six numbers for a 810,000,000 top prize.
Even though the grand prize was not hit Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There was a sole lucky winner matched the first five lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in Arkansas, each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 11 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 3 additional players not only matched 4+1, and also bought the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 262 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 78 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 693 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Powerball and won $100. 220 additional tickets of this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
With nine different prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing generated 511,777 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game offered in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game. Powerball game uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. The minimum Powerball advertised jackpot starts at $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 graduated payments in 29 years. Winners can choose one lump-sum cash payout instead.
