With no winner in the last drawing, the Powerball lottery grand prize will be worth a projected $416,000,000 (cash value $$186.6 million) the next time the multistate lottery is drawn on Monday. The amount rolled over because no player matched all 5 lotto numbers plus the Powerball number to win the $396,000,000 jackpot Saturday night. The numbers from Saturday, July 4th, 2026 drawing were 17, 38, 46, 50, 69 and Powerball was 20. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for 27 draws since Monday, May 4th, 2026. The last jackpot was won by 2 tickets sold in FL and TX, matched all six numbers and shared a $20,000,000 top prize.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Saturday evening, some people still walked away with huge pile of cash. 16 third prize winning tickets were sold across the U.S.. These included 9 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 319 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 100 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash! Other prizes won Saturday evening included 845 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Powerball and won $100. 267 additional tickets of this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
With nine prize levels, there were 626,323 tickets across the nation won a total of $0 prizes in the Saturday, July 4th, 2026 drawing.
America's favorite Powerball is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 7:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to buy the Power Play option, which increases the winnings but not grand prize. The minimum Powerball grand prize starts at $40,000,000. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments in 29 years. Winners can choose one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
