Huge Powerball jackpot up for grabs Monday night

The Powerball multi-state lottery grand prize leaped to $203,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$92.5 million) Monday night when there were no jackpot winners in the $190,000,000 drawing, lottery officials said. The numbers from Saturday, July 5th, 2025 drawing were 01, 28, 34, 50, 58 and Powerball number was 08.
While the jackpot was not awarded Saturday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There were two lucky winners correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The 2 second prize ticket(s) from LA(1) and WI(1) matched all 5 white ball numbers and also chose Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
Additional prizes won Saturday night included 8 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $10,000. 1 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash!
With 9 prize tiers, there were 513,294 tickets nationwide won $0 prizes in the Saturday, July 5th, 2025 drawing.
America's favorite Powerball game can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night at 7:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The minimum Powerball advertised grand prize starts at $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 graduated payments in 29 years. Winners may choose one-time lump sum cash payout instead.
