Powerball jackpot increases to $112,000,000 Saturday night; One ticket matched the first five numbers

The grand prize for Saturday Powerball lottery climbed to $112,000,000 (cash value $$55.3 million) after no player hit all 6 winning numbers Wednesday night. The winning numbers drawn Wednesday night, September 4th, 2024 were 07-10-21-33-59 with Power Ball number 20. The Powerball grand prize has been growing for seven draws since Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in CA, matched all six numbers for a $44,000,000 top prize.
Although the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There was only one second prize winning ticket from Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, matching the first five lotto numbers except the Powerball number. The one lucky ticket(s) bought in MI, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 5 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $10,000. 2 additional players not just matched 4+1, but in addition bought the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
